almost the whole journey on engine
I got up before six o'clock. I wanted to have a time reserve to reach Elba in daylight, and in the morning I wanted to leave the marina before the wind start to blow. Both worked out. In the morning, I only had 2 Bf, and the journey lasted 10 hours. So I dropped anchor at half past four.
With short breaks, it rained and blew on and off for the entire journey. The pressure steadily fell or rather dropped from the morning's 1001.1 hPa to the evening's 992.7 hPa. I didn't see the sun all day and for a long time didn't see any boats either. And that struck me as strange. Fortunately, boats reappeared before Elba, so I felt I wasn't alone at sea again.
Fragrant boiled potatoes with a sunny-side-up egg and fried onions were an idea I latched onto and couldn't shake off all day. So in the evening, although tired, I still cooked for myself.
After dinner, I fed the fishes, but this time from the boat's supplies.
And already in the dark, I cleaned the anchor well and the anchor chain of mud.
